Couch To 5K - W1/D2

Hey Guys!

Welcome back to my C25K updates. I went on my second run yesterday with Sarah. We took a different route today and set off earlier (around 3pm). It was raining, but it wasn't as cold. I have to say, I think it was easier! And we weren't on flat ground either!

This run consisted of the 5 minute warmup, 1 minute run and 1 minute 30 second rest 8 times instead of 6, followed by a 5 minute cooldown. Already, it has been made harder however, I think it was easier.

That is all there is to update you on really aha. It is an extra £1 in my money jar!
